Ever since our beginning in the 1950s, we have prided ourselves on small, frequent orders. We aim to provide the freshest, highest quality nut snack products. The Business Accounts program is a great opportunity to incorporate our product at a discounted price within the office, conferences, business events and other business-related functions.
Here's a quick breakdown of the Business Accounts program:
Interested in becoming a Business Account with us? You can create an account by picking one of the following options:
- 20% discount on every order (excluding gifts)
- NO minimum order quantity
- FREE shipping on orders over $40 via UPS SurePost. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost.
- 24/7 access to ordering on our online portal (if you choose to use it, we won't force you!)
We'll process your request, assist in account creation, and ensure you're set-up with all of our Business Accounts perks. Once your account is set-up, you'll be able to place orders over the phone, via email, or through our online Business Accounts portal.

Business Accounts participation disclaimers:
- An FEIN number must be provided to activate your account.
- Purchasing as a Business Account requires strict compliance with brand guidelines if product is listed for resale online.
- Use of the BEER NUTS® brand name is not permitted without prior written approval by BEER NUTS, Inc.
- A BEER NUTS® representative has the right to revoke the Business Account discount at any time if the individual feels the account is purchasing product at discount for personal use.
- If choosing to purchase an advertised sale item, Business Accounts will not receive a 20% discount on top of already marked down sale items.
- You hold BEER NUTS, Inc. company officers, directors, agents and employees from and against any and all claims, suits, liens, judgments, damages, losses and expenses including reasonable legal fees and costs arising in whole or in part and in any manner from acts, omissions, breach or default of subcontractor, in connection with performance of any work by subcontractor, its officers, directors, agents, employees and subcontractors.

Once you’re fully setup (or if you’re an existing Business Account) and you’ve decided what you’d like to order, you can place your full gift order online at any time at business.BEERNUTS.com or step-by-step with our Customer Support Team at support@BEERNUTS.com or by phone at 309-585-6159. BEER NUTS® Brand Snacks will provide a dedicated Account Manager for all orders above $10,000. These highly trained service professionals will provide:
- Gift customization options*
- Guaranteed response times of one business day or less
- Active updates on ordering and shipping process
- Free addition of your branded promotional items
- Free access to graphic designer to assist with custom gift note option (see below)
Customization is offered in the form of a complimentary personalized gift note included with each gift. The gift note can include your company logo (JPEG) and a message of your choice (125 character limit with spaces). The message must be the same for the entire order placed. A proof will be provided before printing.
You may provide your own custom cards to be included with each gift. However, each card must contain the same general message and not be addressed to a specific person.
Payment must be made by credit card or check (mailed or dropped off in our secure drop box outside our building) before orders are processed and fulfilled. Once payment is received, the order will be processed and submitted for fulfillment. Orders are submitted for fulfillment on a first come, first serve basis.
All addresses must be submitted by the customer using the digital Excel file provided by BEER NUTS® Brand Snacks. This file can be downloaded below or provided via email from our Support Team. All other files or submissions will not be accepted. In an effort to ensure all packages are delivered successfully, please double-check all of the addresses you provide to us.
We currently offer four shipping options within the US: UPS SurePost®, UPS Ground®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, and UPS Next Day Air®. Shipments will arrive via UPS or USPS and do not require a signature for delivery.
We offer free shipping on orders over $40 (UPS SurePost®). Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Items shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO addresses have longer transit times. This offer does not apply to international orders. Freight options are available upon request.
International shipping orders are sent via USPS. International shipping orders include all areas outside the 50 states. Shipping charges vary by country.
Tracking numbers for each package will be provided to you once the order has been shipped.
We will notify the sender if any packages are returned to us and we will cover the cost of the return fee. To resend the package:
- The sender may provide an updated address and cover the charges to reship the packages.
- The sender may pick-up returned packages at our Company Store location.
- The sender may choose to have the difference of the gift and the return fee credited to their Business Account.
LOCAL GIFT PICK UP
If you are local or within driving distance of our Company Store location, you may choose to pick up your completed gifts instead of having them shipped individually. Please make sure that you notify either your Account Manager or Customer Support that you would like to take advantage of this option for coordination purposes during the gift selection process.
Once your pick-up date has been coordinated, you may pick-up your gifts at the back of our building by pulling into the short drive off of Grove Street. Please ring the doorbell upon arrival and have your order information readily available (printed or on your cell phone) to confirm your gift pick-up. You are required to wear a mask when interacting with our staff and may not enter the building at any point due to keep our manufacturing team safe.
*Account Manager customization is limited to swapping or adding product sold by BEER NUTS Brand Snacks. Gifts may not be customized per addressee as they are mass produced. New item, bundle creation, or custom gift baskets/containers is prohibited. Pricing subject to change depending on customization expense.
