WHAT IS BUSINESS ACCOUNTS?
Ever since our beginning in the 1950s, we have prided ourselves on small, frequent orders. We aim to provide the freshest, highest quality nut and snack products to varying establishments throughout the United States. The Business Accounts program is a great opportunity to incorporate our product, at a discounted price, within the office, conferences, business events and other business-related functions.
Within our program we offer a greater discount to businesses reselling our product within their establishment. We offer free shipping on all orders over $40 to provide a profitable experience for our program members.
Fill out the below form to verify you are related to a business. We'll process your request, notify you of approval, and ensure you're set-up with our online portal. From there, you can log on anytime to view your pricing list and place orders.
Here's a quick breakdown:
- Business Accounts are given a specific discount off our retail pricing: 10% for businesses who are giving away the product at their offices and 20% for businesses who are reselling the product (proper tax paperwork required)
- We offer free shipping on orders over $40 via UPS SurePost. Other shipping options are available at an additional fee. Expedited shipping is also available for an additional cost.
- Purchasing as a Business Account prohibits the resale of any product online.
- If choosing to purchase an advertised sale item, Business Accounts will not receive their agreed upon discount on top of already marked down sale items.
- A BEER NUTS® representative has the right to revoke the Business Account discount at any time if the individual feels the account is purchasing product at discount for personal use.
- If you are an Illinois tax exempt business, your tax exempt paperwork must be provided.
- Use of the BEER NUTS® brand name is not permitted without prior written approval by BEER NUTS, Inc.
- You hold BEER NUTS, Inc. company officers, directors, agents and employees from and against any and all claims, suits, liens, judgments, damages, losses and expenses including reasonable legal fees and costs arising in whole or in part and in any manner from acts, omissions, breach or default of subcontractor, in connection with performance of any work by subcontractor, its officers, directors, agents, employees and subcontractors.

Business Gifting is a program made available year-round for our Business Accounts interested in sending gifts to 10 or more clients, customers, business partners, and more! BEER NUTS proudly provides a full catalog of gift ideas, gift note options, shipping options, and customer service to make your gifting easier than ever.
If you're interested in Business Gifting, please read the column on the left labeled "What Is Business Accounts?" to learn more about Business Accounts and how to sign up for one. BEER NUTS® Brand Snacks will provide a dedicated Account Manager for all orders above $10,000. These highly trained service professionals will provide:
- Gift customization options*
- Guaranteed response times of one business day or less
- Active updates on ordering and shipping process
- Free addition of your branded promotional items
- Free access to graphic designer to assist with custom gift note option (see below)
Customization is offered in the form of a complimentary personalized gift note included with each gift. The gift note can include your company logo (JPEG) and a message of your choice (125 character limit with spaces). The message must be the same for the entire order placed. A proof will be provided before printing.
You may provide your own custom cards to be included with each gift. However, each card must contain the same general message and not be addressed to a specific person.
You will be eligible for a discount off your entire order at specific quantities purchased from this catalog:
- 100 gifts = 10% discount
- 200 gifts = 20% discount
Payment must be made by credit card or check before orders are processed and fulfilled. Once payment is received, the order will be processed and submitted for fulfillment. Orders are submitted for fulfillment on a first come, first serve basis.
All addresses must be submitted by the customer using the digital Excel file provided by BEER NUTS® Brand Snacks. This file can be downloaded below or provided via email from our Support Team. All other files or submissions will not be accepted. In an effort to ensure all packages are delivered successfully, please double-check all of the addresses you provide to us.
We currently offer four shipping options within the US: UPS SurePost®, UPS Ground®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, and UPS Next Day Air®. Shipments will arrive via UPS or USPS and do not require a signature for delivery.
We offer free shipping on orders over $40 (UPS SurePost®). Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Items shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO addresses have longer transit times. This offer does not apply to international orders. Freight options are available upon request.
International shipping orders are sent via USPS. International shipping orders include all areas outside the 50 states. Shipping charges vary by country.
Tracking numbers for each package will be provided to you once the order has been shipped.
We will notify the sender if any packages are returned to us and we will cover the cost of the return fee. To resend the package:
- The sender may provide an updated address and cover the charges to reship the packages.
- The sender may pick-up returned packages at our Company Store location.
- The sender may choose to have the difference of the gift and the return fee credited to their Business Account.
*Account Manager customization is limited to swapping or adding product sold by BEER NUTS Brand Snacks. Gifts may not be customized per addressee as they are mass produced. New item, bundle creation, or custom gift baskes/containers is prohibited. Custom orders must be submitted by the November 22nd deadline. Pricing subject to change depending on customization expense.
